A stack of fluffy matcha pancakes 🍵🥞💚✨
Here's the recipe:
1️⃣ Mix 1 cup almond milk, 1 ripe banana, 1 egg & 1 tsp vanilla in a bowl
2️⃣ Mix in another bowl 1 cup plain all purpose gluten free flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1.5 tbsp coconut sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp Blissful Life Co matcha & a pinch of salt. Mix. Add dry and wet ingredients together.
3️⃣ Cook in a frypan on medium heat for 2-3 mins on one side, flip & another 2 mins on the other
4️⃣ (Optional) Serve with fresh fruit, coconut yogurt 💦, maple syrup, a dollop of matcha ice-cream (for double matcha) & dust with icing sugar + top with chocolate if you're feeling naughty 😙😉🍫🍫
