Matcha & Turmeric Smoothie

We wanted to share one of our favourite smoothie recipes today to help you support healthy inflammatory processes.  It is the perfect recipe as a pre or post-workout smoothie. This perfect blend of sweet, tart, and spicy will warm you from the inside out while supporting your body's natural inflammatory response.   One of our morning rituals is making a warm cup of matcha. We will slowly be sharing recipes with you. While matcha has become very trendy in the health and wellness space and can be found at most coffee shops- did you know that most prepared matcha at your local café contains more than 25g of added sugar?
